We'll give you an estimate for the service before any work begins so that you, the client, have complete control at all times. We'll clean up when we're done and then follow up to make sure that everything was done to your satisfaction.
We offer a one-year warranty on all repairs. Our installations come with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, we'll remove the offending heating or cooling system and return 100% of your investment. Our annual cleanings are more like services because we do above the minimum cleaning, it is a complete inspection and tune-up.

The Valuable Free Annual Maintenance Service includes (If you're a Club Member):
- Check all safety devices to make sure they are working properly
- Check any possible leaks or potential leaks that will expel lethal gases
- Examine the condition of the fan and the fan blades
- Check the fuel pump for the proper pressure
- Examine the flame retention head for cracks or deformities
- Check combustion chamber for its condition
- Change out the strainer in the fuel pump
- Change out the oil filter at the tank
- Change out the fuel oil nozzle
- Inspect and adjust the electrodes (if needed)
- Examine the fuel tank for any leaks or corrosion
- Do an efficiency test on the unit
- Examine the electrical wiring of the appliance for any code deficiencies and decay
- Adjust the heating unit to maximize efficiency
